What problems do women face when planning to breastfeed?
You've been waiting for your baby's arrival, preparing, buying stuff and, perhaps, even reading articles or watching videos about the "correct" breastfeeding - but there she is finally lying in your arms, and something goes wrong... For some reason your areola doesn't fit into baby's mouth, she is unhappy, the staff insists on more frequent nursings, you are in pain... Sounds familiar? "WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!" - a question that unfortunately almost every modern nursing mother asks herself. If you have encountered difficulties in breastfeeding, you are definitely not alone. I came up with this course after 5 years of wiping away mothers' and women's tears during home and maternity hospital visits after they had struggled from a day to several weeks, unsuccessfully trying to find a solution to such problems as:

Nipple pain
Cracks, trauma, pain are one of the most frequent reasons for Moms's dissatisfaction

Breast refusal
Baby wants to eat but is not taking the breast, pushes away and cries

Uncomfortable positions
You're locked to one spot hours on end with a human on your breast & a numb lower back

Stress
That feeling when you can't feed your baby, self-blaming & "not-good-enough-mom" guilt

Poor weight gain
Severe weight loss in the first days, long recovery or weight gain after

Doubts
Searching for answers online, among friends & pediatricians - & getting even less clarity
